Pricing and Orders
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). We may cancel any order if there is a pricing mistake or product is out of stock. Order confirmation will be sent via email/WhatsApp.
Shipping Policy
We ship within 2-3 working days. Delivery takes 4-7 working days all over India. We use Delhivery, Ekart, Bluedart, Post Office.
Return, Replacement and Refund Policy
- Return within 7 days of delivery.
- Product must be unused with original box/packing.
- For damaged/wrong product, please share unboxing video on WhatsApp +91 9193600544.
- No return on used footwear.
Return Shipping Charges:
If the return is due to a mistake from the customer’s side (wrong size ordered, color choice mistake, change of mind etc.), the delivery / courier charge for return will be paid by the customer.
If the mistake is from our side (damaged product, wrong product, wrong size sent, manufacturing defect), we will bear the return delivery charge and provide free replacement / refund.
Cancellation
Order can be cancelled before shipping. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
Privacy Policy
We do not share your personal information like phone, address, email with any third party except courier partners for delivery.
